Abstract – The book “Intellectual Property in the Digital Age” examines the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property (IP) law, addressing how AI challenges and reshapes traditional IP frameworks. This scholarly work provides legal practitioners, policymakers, and academics with insights into evolving legal paradigms and suggests reforms to accommodate the realities of the digital age. The collaboration between Uzbek and Italian scholars reflects an international approach to addressing these contemporary legal challenges, and the book presentation at Roma Tre University symbolizes a significant academic partnership aimed at influencing global legal discourse.
