In that regard, the expression ” Technological Singularity” is quoted, this refers to a point “in the shaft of time” ; to a date in that humanity will notice an admit that “the Kasparov effect” (world chess champion, who was defeated several times by the Deep Blue computer) has extended to the engineers, doctors, military majors and other professions and other jobs.
Artificial intelligence will have clearly exceeded human intelligence. The brilliant mathematician John Von Newman anticipated in the 50’s decade, the convergence towards the “Technological Singularity”. Currently governments and companies prepare their engineers to “negotiate” with computers; the “programming” of computers will be one of the scopes in that artificial intelligence will replace human intelligence.
In the 4th Industrial Revolution “human interfaces” will disappear between the cyber environment and the computational device associated with each one of the nodes of the productive process. The programs 16 will have such a level of complexity that they will be hardly elaborated by “human beings programmers”. Concepts such as “Moore’s Law” and “Exponential technologies” are already of daily application.
The relationship Linear technologies-Exponential technologies constitutes a defining tool to evaluate the economy and possibilities of growth of the nations. The larger the contribution as regards these exponential technologies to its gross domestic product, the larger the welfare of the inhabitants of the considered nation will be.
Argentina is a developing country with evident economic difficulties, however, it has important comparative advantages that adapts the shape of “Islands of scientific and technological excellence”.
